The Regadin Aged Prosecco Grappa is obtained by distillation of the pomace resulting from the vinification of the Prosecco grape, used for the production of the same wine, coming from the Veneto area. It is a grappa that is aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels, which give it an amber color, enriching its flavor with "sparkling" notes on the palate.
