Grappa Bianca Rocca Berica is obtained from the distillation of a blend of pomace originating from red and white grapes, which determine both its recipe and its organoleptic characteristics. It is a multifunctional grappa which lends itself to being enjoyed neat, at a temperature of 16-18° C, with ice, iced over or with a dash added to coffee.
